The AIRFIT program has two parts
The Base Program and
The Booster
The full program (recommended) takes between 50 and 60 hours over a year. Shorter programs are available.
The minimum commitment is the Base Program and this causes the major physiological changes. The Boosters are designed to help maintain the benefits throughout the year.
AIRFIT has a standard matrix program that controls each session and a unique AIRFIT biofeedback technology that adjusts the altitude delivered to the user; ensuring that everyone gets the altitude they need at the exact time, individualizing the program.
AIRFIT simulates from 15,000-28,000ft increasing the altitude throughout the program.
BASE PROGRAM
The BASE Program is done once a year and consists of 15 one hour sessions over 3 weeks.
Each session involves alternating between high altitude and sea level air.
The Base Program is designed to bring about the physiological change in your body and is the result of years of research to design the optimal matrix program.
Subsequent Base Programs are only needed/advised if the person misses a booster or if they are injured and want to maintain their fitness during that period.
BOOSTER
The Booster is a 5 day program, again each session is one hour long.
The Booster is a condensed version of the Base Program.
Booster are done every 6-8 weeks after you finish your last session either the Base or each Booster.
